  • Reporting Deadline: Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof Required: To process your request, please provide clear photo proof of the issue (e.g., damage, defect, or discrepancy). Email your photos, order number, and description of the problem to [email protected].
  • Processing Time: Once approved, replacements will be shipped at no cost, or refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Non-Eligible Returns and Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
  • Orders where the customer selected the wrong size, color, style, or design.
  • Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.
  • Items used, washed, or altered in any way.
