Eligible Returns and Exchanges
- Free Replacements or Refunds: We offer free replacements or full refunds for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong item printed or shipped).
- Reporting Deadline: Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
- Proof Required: To process your request, please provide clear photo proof of the issue (e.g., damage, defect, or discrepancy). Email your photos, order number, and description of the problem to [email protected].
- Processing Time: Once approved, replacements will be shipped at no cost, or refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Eligible Returns and Exchanges
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Orders where the customer selected the wrong size, color, style, or design.
- Buyer’s remorse or changes of mind.
- Items used, washed, or altered in any way.
- All sales are final for custom-printed items unless they fall under the eligible categories above. We recommend double-checking your order details, including sizing charts, before purchase.
